Pietersen left out of World Cup squad

Kevin Pietersen has been left out of England’s World Twenty20 squad and the one-day matches against South Africa.

Pietersen was dropped from the third Test match at Lord’s after allegedly insulting Andrew Strauss and Andy Flower in text messages to the South African team.

England play in 5 ODI’s against South Africa before heading out to Sri Lanka where they hope to defend their crown as World Champions in the 20 over form of the game.
