Cook, Prior, Broad named in ICC Test team

New England captain Alastair Cook has been named in the ICC’s Test team of the year alongside his team-mates Matt Prior and Stuart Broad.

It is the second successive year that Cook and Broad have been named in the xi and the first time for Matt Prior.

Michael Clarke was named captain of the side after having an outstanding 12 months for Australia. There were 4 South African players in the team that have recently moved to number 1 in the world rankings.
